Aniplex Is Trying To Acquire Defending Workgrounds Game Division

All staff members in the game division are going to move to the new company. This includes the entire task force for Fate-Grand Order. The future evolution of iOS and Android mobile games will see a more pronounced shift from the Type-Moon, Aniplex to the latter’s new subsidiary. As of now, DelightWorks is still going to be an independent company with other businesses, despite forfeiting the game division to Aniplex. It has a sports department, which focuses on golf. The division manages the golf club in Tokyo while sponsoring Japanese players and golf tournaments. Ono said in a press release that DelightWorks president expressed his excitement to join a new board of Directors. He also believes that the deal will offer new opportunities to the game creation challenge, and provide excitement and emotions that are unlike anything else it has done before. The company has to clarify whether it will have further reorganization, but that isn’t the case, but it still holds just Make Great Games! as its corporate philosophy.
