The DLC (called Lost Islands) contains 150 kilometers of space to explore. This island is full of different terrains, like snowy peaks, mangrove swamps and forest canopies. This map also contains ruins that players can explore. The ruins have treasures waiting for them to be discovered, but they also have booby traps and brash puzzles that players must navigate to get through. This DLC has already added three new creatures. The Amargasaurus, Sinomacrops and Dinopithecus are all available for play to tame and make their own. The Amargasaurus permits players to throw fireballs at their opponents. The Sinomacrops latches with players backs and lets them glide like their own personal wings. The Dinopithecus allow players to climb up verticle obstacles and fling tek-disabling dung. The DLC is the only thing that is added to Ark. Winter Wonderland is here, too. Players can view the sky at Midnight in-game. If they do it, they’ll see the famed RaptorClaus! RaptorClaus can be seen on any map, not only the Lost Islands. Winter Wonderland presents new cosmetic items, too. These items are a holiday themed skin, weapons and armor. In addition to this year, there are 5 new chibis. The chibis include Sinomacrops, Dinopithecus, Amargasaurus, a Festive Noglin and an Animated TV-themed Raptor. Finally, the players can also buy a full-body Santa costume. Ark isn’t ending 2021 quietly, and it wasn’t done here. 2022 looks like it’s going to be a big year for the franchise. Ark has a few events and a new map in the first half of the year. Tomorrow, we announce the latest film’s Animated series and sequel. SOURCE
