SOULCALIBUR VI came out on PC in 2018 so it took the publisher more than three years to stop Denuvo. As we’ve already said, the removal of Denuvo is most likely due to the compatibility issues of Intel’s latest Alder Lake CPU. Therefore, PC gamers should thank the blue team for having enjoyed these denuvo-less games. What other games will drop support for Denuvo, will be interesting. A few days ago, EA and Warner Bros removed Denuvo from Jedi: Fallen Order and Injustice, respectively. Last month, Bandai Namco removed Denuvo from the Eight: Skies Unknown. Similarly, Square Enix and Crytek removed Denuvo fromNieR Replicant Remaster, respectively. 2K Games eliminated Denuvo fromMafia Definitive Edition ad addition. Stay tuned for more.
