Call of Duty: Vanguard despite all the major glitches and game-breaking bugs that have gone on, has managed to completely avoid run-ins. After all, players discovered that an old flame from modern Warfare was back to cause chaos again. When Modern Warfare began in 2009, players stumbled across a funny elevator glitch that simulated a huge move on the lift. In Vanguard, its presence has already been uncovered and players take out it again, especially as it can pull off some amazing trickshots. A glitch in an elevator is where the player becomes trapped between two walls, not quite able to move. Through a series of movements such as wriggling, crouching, and standing, the player will eventually find a spot that will move the player upwards.

If the player didn’t stop taking this route, the ascent would continue, and gives the player a clear, aerial view of the map. This allowed players to take off insane trickshots with Sniper Rifles in Modern Warfare 2; now it happens again 12 years later in Call of Duty: Vanguard. @notkanashi posted a video of them using the elevator glitch to get in the air in Subpens before dropping a nasty no-scope trickshot as the last kill in a round of Free-For-All. After falling significantly higher in the map, they eventually accelerated, flogged a flurry of weapon switches and 360s, and began to get a remote-scope-based explorer. LeeWorld (@LeeWorldSZN) November 15, 2021 These clips are certainly very powerful and require a lot of skill, so there’s no point in making these mistakes intentional. Because of that, we expect this to be patched sooner rather than later. For more cool Modern Warfare 2 features, check out the Bayonet class that brings back Commando Pro.
