eFootball 2022 V1.0.0 was meant to create a Team Building System for players who could acquire players through the Match Pass system to create their own team. This team could be used then in Online Leagues that would benefit from cross-platform matchmaking. These features would’ve represented the full launch of eFootball 2022, but now won’t appear until spring 2022. It’s assumed that that means the professional and amateur esports tournaments planned to start in the winter, too. Konami said: “Surely, you got in the loop.” We worked hard to make an update that will bring new content to the game, including new modes for learning new skills and playing with an original team, and support for mobile devices on November 11, 2021. Unfortunately, we concluded that there is enough time to deliver the product of the best quality that will meet our users’ expectations, and decided to postpone the delivery. Players who had already purchased the Premium Player Pack will now find their preorders have been cancelled. Refunds will be issued automatically. For the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 players are going to need to take eFootball 2022 out of the PlayStation Store to continue playing. The logical process is to reduce the cost of deleting files and delete them. More details will be revealed soon. It hasn’t been easy to launch eFootball 2022. In spite of bugs and other issues, such as questionable player likenesses, PS1 era crowd NPCs, long-standing hiccups, bad play time, etc. It has a very low review score on Steam, and is supposedly the lowest in Steam history. The team released a different update today, November 5th. The eFootball 2022 update v.0.9.1 fixes many bugs and the full patch notes can be seen below.

Fixes
The application could end up being crashing if it got error-free. Some players are shown floating suits or disappear totally in the pre-match hides. Some players may be shown wearing a suit in the “Screen Strip” menu. The lighting on the Select Strip menu may not work as intended. The background is blurry in the pre-match select team menu. Some items are not accessible during the pre-match match match due to slow loading times. An arms clip into one another in an unnatural manner during pre-match national anthem and post-match victory scenes. Pitch grass is not shown three-dimensionally during the prematch match. Goal scenes, such as pitch-side cameramen, can go away. Some advertisement boards located near the pitch may show an error-some image. Some elements like the cameraman model are able to stick to stadium structures during cutscenes. Some commands are not working properly if the physical Defending command is the same thing as the initial setting. The transition performance (wipe animation) that should appear before a replay may not be visible right away. It’s a possible surprise that the referee is trapped on the pitch during a match. The wrong scene may be displayed at once a match occurs. Players fail when trapping low-arc passes from corners. Players can run out of the field during kicks on the corner. The throw-work taker might pick up the ball he needs when he starts to play a corner kick. During a goal kick, goalkeeper is shown to be well-positioned in a position away from them. This is activated if a position shift was done before the kick. There are a few commands that fail to have effect when they are inputted when a cursor change is inputted during a match. The player can go and play the ball. If the ball is cleared just when the ball crosses the line, it is possible that it shouldn’t have gone into the ball. There might be a sudden loss of players during the match. Sometimes players are in the wrong position to take the substitutions. Referees and players may start gliding when they’re idling before starting. Replays aren’t played when fast restarts lead to a delay. Replay cameras sometimes become instabil. Erroneous items can be displayed at goal celebrations. Specifically, objects that are close to the camera (and should not be visible) are displayed on the celebration. Players can be caught up in a goal scoring close to the goal. Some goal celebrations rarely come as an option after scoring. A facial animation bug causes player expressions to appear unnatural. When the camera changed from the Pause menu, the preview is interrupted for a moment. Referees often show long sleeve stripes which may not appear during match. A game’s graphics may fail to show properly, making its appearance awkward. A visual bug is a problem, such as the ball hovering in the air, so it can occur during replays after a goal is scored. The replay that can be viewed from the Pause Menu might be too short, making it impossible to check the play that occurred moments before the pause. Some players lose time when determining the focus of the camera or the player during a replay. There may be two or more balls in play at the same time. One of the triggers for this is to check the replay from the Pause Menu during the match. Some players may find themselves gliding on the ground during a replay. This movement is different from what occurred in the match. On the offline, there may be no longer any pause time, but the remaining time may not be displayed. The Pause Menu is not open in the second half of the match. The Settings screen after the match making for the online matches takes time to load. It might take a long time to proceed to the next screen when a user disconnects at one time for a live match. It may not be clear when playing a online game. A mistake will appear in the time when you move between menu and menu. Instead of a list of the most recent match results for a specific event, the most recent match results from all events are not correctly displayed. A connection error message is displayed when the dialog box is shutting up and the maintenance has been sat down.
PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 have two separate packages.
Match commentary won’t play during a match played immediately after installation, where only a few options are available. Trophies, even when the conditions to receive them aren’t met, may be awarded.
