New release date was supported by a new,Shin-Vintage, videoclip. Like the previousShin Kamen Rider teasers, the trailer’s released in a pair. The second trailer, embedded above, appears to be a revision of the last video from the previous years. In the previous trailer the first image of Ultraman (rendered in CGI) shows him in clear daylight, with a beaming angle. The newer teaser shows the same scene, but adds wreckage and dust clouds, such as how these two areas would appear at night by a newer version of a machine called Ultraman. Ultraman crosses his arms using a typical motion, creating an iodine of energy – from the left. Watch the new video of the current version of the Shin Ultraman-style teaser, which features the Science Patrol, as well as the movies that take on monsters like Neronga and Gabora. The film follows the release of Shin Ultraman from the film studio of Takumi Saito, Masami Nagasawa, Koji Yamamoto, Akari Hayami, Hidetoshi Nishijima, and Toshihiro Wada. It’s being directed by Shinji Higuchi (who co-directed Shak Godzilla with Hideaki Anno). Anno oversees all the planning and execution. Shin Ultraman will premiere in Japan on May 13, 2022. International release plans are yet unabated.
