A Core i7-3770 or Ryzen 3 3100, 12 GB RAM, or a GTX 1080 or an RX 5700 with 8 GB VRAM. In both cases, you’ll need 100 GB of space for storage. A maximum resolution of three times as much as 3840 is 3160, but it remains to be seen if there are other improvements. The lack of Nvidias RTX in the requirements sounds like no support for DLSS.
