Hades has received a lot of accolades since its debut. This includes the GSDC Game of the Year and the BAFTA Best Games, Artistic Achievement, Game Design, Narrative, and Supportive Actor (Logan Cunningham).
Hugo Awards
Hugo awards are basically a series of literary awards awarded to novels, artists, editors, etc. Those could range from science fiction to fantasy genres. Nominated games were among the best in their category. This included: The Last of us, Two Ghosts and Two Hades. Out of five games with great gameplay and plot, Hades was the winner. The Hugo Awards competitiveness and the quality of things they’re dealing with makes it a lot of work.
It’s not surprising that Hades would eventually win. The Hugo awards recognize fanfiction as a separate category. Hades is basically a massive work of highly detailed and exquisite Greek mythology fan fiction. Because none of the games can play in the end, players can join the fallen lovers Achilles and Patroclus afterlife. It’s an immense honor for our team. The #hugoawards are the true world of fantasy and science fiction, but this is the first year in which all the honors recognize the video game category. WorldCon 2021
Since Worldcon 2021, the Administrative Subcommittee of the DisCon III Hugo Awards has managed the 2021 Hugo awards. It’s all by themselves in the right to contest any nomination. The website of Discon III/ 2021 Worldcon Hugo Awards with directions for accessing the online nomination form for the 2021 Hugo Awards, as well as some PDF copies of the paper-based nomination form. On Metacritic, Hades is the most played PS5 and Xbox Series X title. While Worldcon 2020 and 2021 were both able to apply for the 2020 Awards, only WorldCon 2021 attendees can vote in the final vote.
