As noted by GameSpot, a Mega Construx figure is set to debut next year. The description of the agent’s figure on the company’s website states that its “designed as he appears in Halo Infinite.” This is especially notable considering that Locke does not really seem to be an example! Since Locke doesn’t have any armor, there is speculation that Locke might return in the future, related to the game. (Photo: Mega Construx) When it comes to such a kind of game, toy tie-ins have mixed history. Sometimes, toy companies will simply revoke sets based on source material, which is something that LEGO has used to do in Marvel movies. However, there have been many cases where tie-in sales have spoiled the story elements of video games and movie games. As a result, it is really hard to say whether Halo fans should assume this figure is foreshadowing Locke’s return. Given the role the character played in Halo 5: Guardians, it would be surprising that 343 Industries chose to give him an off-screen death. For now, the fans will need to take a patient shower and see what Xbox has planned for the future! Halo Infinite is available now on Xbox One, Xbox X, Xbox X, and PC.
