Hot Wheels Unleashed is a racing game designed to play with toy cars as drivable vehicles. The title officially opened on September 27, 2021. The game includes everything from collectible cars to trackers, and a multiplayer mode for players from around the world. The critics received the game pretty positively (as we did a good review of our official review). It was elected at the The Games Awards 2021 for Best Racing Game. With the milestone of the 1 million unit sales milestone, many players enjoyHot Wheels Unleashed as well. In an official press release, Bixio says, Since our announcement on Hot Wheels Unleashed back in February, fans received thousands of heartfelt messages. This milestone is our proudest and enduring display of affection. Adding to that, Director of Digital Gaming at Mattel Andrew Chan says the company is looking forward to seeing a lot more fans in 2018, starting in 2022. Hot Wheels Unleashed is available for the PS4 and PS5, as well as PC via Steam and EGS, Xbox consoles, and Nintendo Switch.
