Games were played using the unITE beta test of Pokemon. Forget about dealing with damage Defenders aren’t made to knock down the opponent. You’ll be on the front soaking up enemies attacks instead. Your job as a defender is to keep you safe and protect your team, to ensure that you can overcome the damage caused by new assaults. The defence must do what they can to remain the centerpiece of the battle. If you lose your interest or have you put yourself in a bad spot, you’ll lose your vulnerable Attackers to a quickly knockout. For the long term, the task is not as hard. You need to know where the enemy is moving, but a lot more clearly about how your team’s work is done and where they plan to advance. Don’t forget one; you’ll pay the price.

Snorlax

Once you reach Level 8 you can use Yawn to sleep up against enemies and then pay them hard hit with Heavy Slam for a bit of damage. More important, these two moves help you navigate the battlefield and keep your eyes on you. If something gets so dire, Snorlaxs Unite Move Power Nap is able to restore your HP while protecting anyone who wants to. Most importantly, its ability to fail is active.
Crustle
Believe it or not, Crustle is slower than Snorlax. Because of its high speed, Crustle is a major opponent. Thankfully, its Endurance and Support scores more than make up for it. You will like to move from Dwebble to Crustle in Level 4 unlocking the flagship Rock Tomb move that will give you a quick command of the battlefield. Before learning something else about Crustle, you need to master a rock-tastic. This ability creates a physical barricade at your target area, preventing progress and altering the battlefield. It’s a great move to make in your back pocket if a bomb isn’t allowed to escape when you fall foul of an attacker. If you know how to use the Rock Tomb properly, consider using X-Scissor to level six. By pointing you forward and dealing a tremendous damage, it’s a great way to move the sloth-like Crustle around the map and speed the scene of a battle. In terms of Held Items, you need many of those picks as Snorlax. Assault vest and Rocky Helmet are always viable choices, but also Exp. Share to help you with Dwebble.
Slowbro
Slowbro takes a surprising mix of support and Endurance for Pokemon Unified. Let’s forget about the enemies and lighting up the leaderboard. By creating a wide range of powerful skill sets, you will reduce your opponents’ tempo and control your opponents’ movements. As long as you won’t be lost, surf would become a staple of your arsenal. The attack quickly moves and puts your enemies ahead of you. That maneuver can help your team wait a little longer to get into position and can be used in a pinch to flee to another location easily. As of today, the Amnesia will become a popular skill for slowbro experts. This skill eliminates a portion of all-incoming damage, and gives you temporary boost to your defense. Use it before casting Surf and look for a bit of a boost. This character uses all these skills to take advantage of it’s innate ability to win a beating. Because of its gigantic health bar and strong Support skills, playing Slowbro right should make enemies frighten in fear if they leave you.
Blastoise
As one of the few characters in the Pokemon Unite, Blastoise quickly became a favorite of the community. Thankfully they’re highly rated and able to protect those most deadly foes. This takes a lot of time to master their abilities. Unfortunately Blastoise is a well-rounded Defender that easily will prevent opponents from a point on the field. At Level 5, you can add Water Spout or Hydro Pump to your arsenal. Both options are viable, but the ability to bring back opponents with Hydro Pump is another great skill for beginners. Continue with mobs and pull last hits until you reach Level 9 and are made into Blastoise. This allows you to unlock the unite move hydrophoon and throws enemies backwards. Once you’ve fully evolved, you’re ready to go into the heat of battle. Blastoise can be a genius with crowd control and prevent enemies from approaching enemies. They can do a lot of damage, but for your best bet is to coordinate with your teammates, deter potential opponents, and keep control of key areas on the map.
Mamoswine
Mamoswine, while being the most popular choice, is very capable of holding its own in a match. Armour, comfort and mobility statistics are offset by tremendous Endurance and even a bit offensive. Sadly, you’ll need to pass through the low-performing Swinub and Piloswine phase before going to the Mamoswine level at the Level 10. In the meantime, we recommend taking up Ice Fang and High Horsepower to control the battlefield. Ice Fang is a very effective tool to stop enemies and battle battles, while the high rope is a very powerful tool to get your head in order to break up with the enemy. Pair these skills with an item that increases your Attack or Attack Speed, like a Muscle Band to add up your offensive abilities. If you don’t want to stand a fight, you can always swap Ice Fang for Icicle Crash and become a reliable jungler. You can still take it with great damage, but it freezes and makes it easier for you to continue the attack without taking additional damage. No matter what route you go, be sure to understand the enemy team as a Defender. While it’s important not to stray too far from the re-alignment of your intended role, you should always avoid the enemy areas without you choosing to explore.
Greedent
Despite a happy-go-lucky appearance, Greedent is completely deadly in Pokemon Unite. This unique Defender is the most difficult character to master. While most of the class is from this class, Greedent has one of the highest Endurance stats in the game. You must let Berries use a liberal stance a little, then continuous your attack. If you’re trying to make it into combat, then take up bullets and squats to give you the power of a game, and you’ll regain a spell with evil. For the Held Items matter, adding an average Endurance stat is important. Think about equipping a bulletproof if needed, to make up for the fallacy. Once you unlock your Unite Move of Berry Belly Flop, use it to kill enemies and force them to retreat. The skill allows you to recover, leap to a target area, then eat another Berry that gives you multiple Berries for later use. This skill requires you to fight against it quickly.
