According to the indictment, the two allegedly exploited confidential information related to the launch of Final Fantasy VII: The First Soldier to execute a series of financial maneuvers that let him collect something like a hundred million yen. As reported, Naka was arrested a second time in a couple of days ago for this particular crime; now that the charge has been officially formalized, he has to defend himself in court, as long as it is possible by the police, having found evidence.
