(Atleta credit: Bethesda) The Skyrim Anniversary Edition has arrived, with the help of a few freebies for the people who own Skyrim Special Edition and the offer of more than 500 extras for those willing to buy the new edition. But it’s an added bonus, which is a long-running meme. In the time, the famous horse armor from Oblivion is free from the creation club. We can quickly catch you in the loop on Oblivion’s horse armor. A year ago, Bethesda offered a high-skills armor for The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion, which seemed to be ridiculous at that time. Who would spend $2.50 in the single-player game? And why would Bethesda even think that someone would have come? The idea was completely wrong and ‘horse armor’ quickly became a common term that is used to sell quality add-ons for a few extra bucks. Horse armor came to the rescue. Premium add-ons are completely common nowadays. You can thank Bethesda for her job of making microtransactions a part of our lives by its colorful horse clothing. And now, on Skyrim’s 10th anniversary, many of us pay for the third or perhaps fourth time in a row for a new edition of Skyrim. This time at least the horse armor is free. If you want it for your horse, here’s how to get it. In the table, click on the Creator Club. You’ll see the armor in the Featured tab. Click it (there’s elven and steel versions) then then download. As soon as it’s downloaded Skyrim will have to restart, you can visit the stable and talk to the person outside that sells horses. In the dialog options there will be a new line to click upon that says you want to buy a horse armor. If you do this and pay 500 septims, and bingo, you’ve got your horse now a meme. It seems very strange.
