Crimson Vow includes a swarm of alternative-art cards, inspired by Bram Stoker’s Dracula, the iconic vampire character and a helicopterswalker engraved with the map. Fang Frame Cards are decorated for the vampire theme. There are new weapons, like crystals and blue candles. A few people have bought a new planeswalker card for Sorin Markov, Chandra Nalaar and Kaya. Continuing from Midnight Hunt to the end of the night, Crimson Vow’s action revolves around the wedding of Olivia Voldaren, one of Innistrad’s most powerful vampires. Since the Harvestide ritual failed, Innistrad tipped into eternal night, allowing the plane’s vampires the perfect opportunity to make a power play. Olivia hopes to wed Edgar Markov, the protagonist of all vampires in Innistrad, to strengthen the power of two of the most powerful bloodlines in the world. Only the Gatewatch member Kaya, Teferi and Chadra can hope to break this wedding with help of the werewolf Arlinn and the vampire Sorin. Crimson Vow features unique frames in its showcase. It doubles down on vampire theme by giving each of the vampire cards in the set with an individual fang frame variant. There’s also a legendary card in the set, which isn’t a vampire, that can be a vampire’s eternal night, bringing to the forefront of the gothic flavor. There are another set of eternal night lands, first seen in Innistrad: Midnight Hunt. The new enemy dual lands debut with borderless variants. On Magic: The Gathering Arena: Crimson Vow debuts today.
