Genesis actually received 5 new titles late last week; all of them are available to play now if you subscribe to the Expanding Pack. The iconic Queens – The Old Age of Toejam and the Old World, the iconic Blue Queen. The five titles take on the likes of Streets of Rage and Sonic the Hedgehog. They have been played and implemented using the expanded service since the launch. RELATED: Only Nintendo could screw up Emulation Of All of its own games. Few games exemplified the vivid graphics and the real sound introduced by the Genesis as exactly as Altered Beast, according to a release from the BBC. It also mentions that this is the first time Thunder Force 2 has been available in the US since it first started more than 30 years ago. The Quintinii of games added last week brings the NSO Expandement Pack’s running number of Genesis games to ninety-two. If a datamine from the beginning of October is something to look into, then at least 52 Genesis games are all added. The expansion of the N64 Arm of the Expansion Pack has already begun. Paper Mario joined the service this month. Nintendo revealed that Banjo-Kazooie is going to have fun next month. It will make up Mario Kart 64, Yoshi’s Story and some other classic N64 titles already available. The complaints surrounding the Expansion Pack after launch seem to have eased some. Many of the first to play the games weren’t impressed with the quality, even though they showed off comparison videos on older consoles showing full official ports that looked and played better. Most of these complaints, if not all, looked to be directed towards N64 games available. There is little negativity aimed at the Genesis game. I hope that that’ll continue through these five games and beyond.
