(Photo credit: Rockstar) Grand Theft Auto: the Trilogy – Definitive Edition opens on November 11th. In addition to the first three 3D entries in the series, the pilot spit and polish was painted on top. Unlike the announcement trailer and some gifs released earlier today, Rockstar hasn’t yet seen remasters in action, and if they don’t, so launch is over. Rockstar announced that specific release date and it’ll go out as the same time globally. That means that players in southern hemisphere don’t get access to that new game early, exactly as they often do. A Yeast Of Things: The Trilogy is on to the road toward the end of the road, at 10 am EST, at seven pm EST, or at 3pm EST on November 11, or on the 22nd of November. It applies to any platform, including PC. If you aren’t up to speed, this re-release is more than just an up-res: Rockstar recruited Grove Street Games to give them RenderWare to Real Engine. The lighting has improved, the mechanics are updated, and the power switches are made more of a palatable option for the newer players. If the soundtrack is the most troublesome aspect of the remake, we will probably not know how much of that has remained intact until launch.
