This set includes the following five covers: Midnight Black, Cosmic Red, Nova Pink, Starlight Blue and Galactic Purple. Together, they form a Galaxy Collection. The two colors will match the current Dual-Sense controllers in Midnight Black and Cosmic Red. The three other colors are brand new and they’ll get dualSense controllers. All the covers can be ordered for the disc console and the digital-only console and can be accessed without notice when the white covers have been removed. In an official console teardown video released in October 2020, we showed how easy it is to remove the covers and how simple it is to apply customized faces. The three new DualSense controllers will be released by the end of January 2022. The Midnight Black and Cosmic Red will be available in the following countries starting in January 2022: USA, Canada, England, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Thailand, Korea, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines. The remaining three colors will be released in these regions, before the end of June 2022. If you don’t see your country on the above list, don’t panic, Sony is promising to bring the covers to more regions throughout 2022. Sony added that customers in the United States, the United Kingdom, the France and Germany could access certain of these items soon. If they buy by Playstation Direct, they will have access to them. The Galactic Purple DualSense controller will be available for PlayStation Direct on January 14th, but it will go to another retailer on February 11th.
