1 Sanction against Arkosh Gaming. How will that affect the next season?
According to Valves rules, teams must have at least three players from the competition region. In two of the four games they had played all the time, Arkosh Gaming used three players in the North America region. That resulted in them being punished for their other matches.

After finishing the 2021 DPC Winter Tour, they finally completed the 2022 Winter Tour. The leading Arkosh players were revealed before the DPC began. How Does it affect the next season?
According to various sources, the dispute with players who are outside North America has been resolved, with the whole roster being played in 2022 from the region. This rule was brought in in to stop players from entering weaker regions and wasting their major and TI positions. Arkosh being punished for their actions therefore seems fair. Valve is planning to release more details regarding this rule soon. Yet, for now, they are satisfied that Arkosh didn’t realize how to get away with an error that was quickly corrected. This proves the ESL regulates the football rules to ensure fair play for all participants. Though the win for Arkosh is disappointing, the other matches will be smoother as well as teams compete for top spot in the Winter Tour. Dota 2 esports is as hot as ever with updates in progress.
