According to various sources, the dispute with players who are outside North America has been resolved, with the whole roster being played in 2022 from the region. Valve is planning to release more details regarding this rule soon. Yet, for now, they are satisfied that Arkosh didn’t realize how to get away with an error that was quickly corrected.
