However, Lucario surprised Ash when he refused to use Mega Evolution. It seemed that the battle was really just starting. The series then, as soon as they finished their match, became an finale and the jumbo whittled up to the final of a series where Ash’s Lucario and Bea’s Machamp crossed up to the final…a Machamp that had access to Bea’s evolution. In addition to adding Bea’s strength to her power, Ash and Lucario use theirs, and Lucario officially uses its Mega Evolution to face off with the superpowered Machamp. This evolution gave Lucario the boost needed, but also expanded its regular moves, but it seems that with this ability Lucario has also grown stronger with the use of this new power.
