Mobile is the fastest growing gaming category, making up more than half the $175 billion global gaming industry, according to Newzoo. The following publishers produced their biggest numbers this year:

More video game developers and publishers are working together to capitalize on mobile gaming, which will reach 272 milliard dollars by 2030. Electronic Arts, known for sports franchises, has made a number of acquisitions in the space. Nifty Games closed a new round of $38 million in new funding in August, so its mobile sports was able to reach a broad audience. The total consumer spending in mobile titles attracted nearly 900 billion in 2021, a 12-year increase from year to year.
