The web application “On-the-Go” provides a mobile customer with an easily-accessible experience, designed for those who have a busy schedule, or who aren’t able to visit a brick-and-mortar location. Throughout the war in CoVID-19, Rogers has identified key locations and started to expand the reach of Pro On the Move services. Rogers is focusing on keeping Canadians in touch with what matters most, and for residents of Winnipeg, that’s even more possible now that a Rogers Pro can deliver their new wireless device and specialized service right to their door, said Dave Fuller, vice president of wireless at Rogers Communications. With the latest expansion, Manitoba customers can order a new device and have it printed by a Rogers Pro. The service also gives us personalized support for the setup of the new device. Roger Pros is going to guide customers on how to setup their own computer. These techniques are, to transfer media and apps, to give up their email and to change their personal preferences. All of these perks are provided to the customer without cost. Rogers says that a total of 14 million Canadians have access to the Rogers Pro On-the-Go service now. The Greater Toronto area, southwest of Ontario, Ottawa, Calgary, Edmonton, and Greater Vancouver customers can access the service and get access to its benefits. The company also confirmed its plans to expand to more Canadian markets in the coming months. Image credit: Rogers Source: Rogers
