The Gamer Podcast is breaking down the game awards 2021. It’s expected to begin sometime next year. It comes from developer NEXT Studios who worked on Crown Trick, Biped, Unheard, and Death Coming. To date, it’s only set to arrive on PC with pre-orders live on Steam, but who knows what the future might hold? He offers full controller support to a lot of people. Listen to the trailer below. The trailer starts with an unreliable futuristic world ruined. A people-carrier rotts with black, techno-funnito coating it. It’s a tad gloomy, with a dilapidated forest being the background, but it sets the scene for zombie-like scavengers, created by this nanotech. The protagonist walks in and we see a giant, glowing, spiky arm on the right side of a woman with a feeling of commuting love. While it’s a third-person view, some later we see the difference. They then whip an assault rifle and leave for the town, and doling out damage with their bud in tow – it’s pretty cinematic, but it shows what we can expect from the game. It seems like a buddy-type system where you can throw right hooks and fill enemies with lead and control nanotech on a whim. The first companion we see is a hulking bruiser called the Crusher, who is going to town to smash the husks with ease. That slicker seer, whose specialty is control. Guardian followed the two men with an escapade, this time with a shield. The Suppressor arrives on scene with a hand-held cannon. It’s runny in the game with fireballs. This brings to a very interesting roster of synergised fighters.
