Other notable records include 1.6 million tweets about the show, 23,2 million viewers votes, and 1,75 million hours watched on YouTube (this is the record highest up until today). The steady growth that the event experienced over the years is hardly surprising. It will soon get bigger when the release numbers will be set in 2022. Those years show includes reveals for Senuas Saga: Hellblade 2, Elden Ring, Steelrising, Saints Row and Homeworld 3 – and major announcements like Alan Wake 2 and Alan Wake 2 – with many shows. Rumored titles like Bully 2 were apparently to appear and also (something that didn’t happen). Time will tell, if they reemerge in the future or even appear at the games 2022, so stay tuned. We’re glad that #TheGameAwards delivered a record 85 million livestreams in 2021. As for my video, please eat it. Geoff Keighley (@geoffkeighley) December 20, 2021
