During a live stream of the Sonic Official last night, social media specialist Justin Thormann said he has received confirmation of his return for the mainline Sonic title, despite the reports earlier this year saying that the majority of the characters were getting recast. Even though he didn’t list all the voice actors reprising their roles, he assured fans that he was worried about recasting that Roger Craig Smith, Colleen OShaughnessey and Cindy Robinson have come back to Segas voice recording studio. For those who don’t watch the video, here is video of @ThormannJustin confirmation the return of the entire Sonic voice cast, as well as Amy being the voice we are here in the trailer. This year, Robinson had confirmed her departure from the play via twitter pic.twitter.com/yk3ROnCr0W. Sonic Stadium The Sonic the Hedgehog Community (@sonicstadium) December 16, 2021 Robinson previously announced in February that she was retiring from her role as Amy Rose in the form of a vague response to a Twitter fan who asked for if she was still part of the cast after following the apparent departures of other cast members, including Smith, who announced in January that he was stepping down from voicing Sonic just to spin back to it four months later. In the latest Sonic Frontier trailer, fans heard a ghostly voice as the Blue Blur was able to escape danger and decide whether to take this picture of Amy Rose or another character. Thormann corrected the confusion and confirmed the voice was Amys, alluding to the captions in the Xbox version of the trailer. Sonic Frontiers is scheduled to be released from 2022 on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox One, X/S and Nintendo Switch.
