The Meta Has Been Listed In Google Play And The App Store As The Developer Of Facebook

According to Android police, apps that directly link Facebook to the Messenger app now list Meta Platforms, Inc. as their developer. Facebook was previously a developer. That change does just apply to app owners directly connected to Facebook. While WhatsApp and Instagram also part of the Facebook group, they don’t come out of the list as being developed by Meta Platforms. MobileSyrup noted the same change also applies to iOS. While Facebook and Messenger have made a change in developer, Instagram lists Instagram as developer. WhatsApp lists WhatsApp Inc.
