The patent has started with 2014’s Granblue Fantasy, a 2D-printed game for mobile devices and web browsers. Granblue Fantasy: Versus has become a first-hand favourite of Cygames and Arc System Works of Guilty Gear and BlazBlue. The next 3-D action RPG, Granblue Fantasy: Relink, enumerate a fine collaboration, too. Platinum Games was commissioned in order to help in the combat. This contract ran from 2016 until 2020, leaving Cygames in the position of finishing the rest of the job on the inside.
