Seven years after that, Nightdive announced theyve got a publisher, Prime Matter, and they will release their remake in 2022. Prime Matter is a part of Koch Media and are also taking action on Kingdom Come: Deliverance, and have released Two-Day War, Two and Two. It is possible that System Shock will be pushed back once again, but having a publisher and presumably a publishing agreement should reduce the chances of that happening. We’ve enjoyed playing the original System Shock – which, while our age has grown, we love to revisit that improved edition. Yes, the sandbox survival horror element is a substantial part of its appeal, but it wouldn’t be the same as Shodan, the more so described action-aggressive AI.
