The Splinter Cell Remake will be rebuilt from the ground up using the Snowdrop Engine. The game promises to deliver visuals and gameplay new-generation, as well as dynamic lighting and shadows. Although Ubisoft did not share any more details, it has shared a dev video. In this video, Ubisoft News talked with some of the original developers who launched the original game 19 years ago, and some of them working on the remake to determine what set Splinter Cell apart from the competition. According to the report, this new Splinter Cell game may have semi-open-world environments like Halo Infinite. If you don’t know, Halo Infinite is full of central area areas, contrary to other games like Openworld. Imagine your map by the way that it is built to be a large environment. This could be good news, but we won’t be able to deal with the painful open-world gameplay of Ubisoft. Finally, because this game is really early, we don’t know whether Michael Ironside will reprise his role. Keep up the news. Watch this video on YouTube!
