In October, the report on a new Splinter Cell emerged following a series of disappointments for fans who saw Ubisoft trying to return the series into mobile and virtual reality. After the reports weren’t told by the developer, it was supported by VentureBeat journalist Jeff Grubb, who revealed that Ubisoft tested a Splinter Cell-style game in the weeks leading up to E3 2021. Tom Henderson and his friends heard from him that the forthcoming Splinter Cell is something that would have been the undisputed attempt to destroy its enemies. While we do not have official confirmation of anything, the trademark update suggests the move from Ubisoft to Splinter Cell.
