Netflix hasn’t officially shared the footage on its channels yet, but since Season 2 is already available for streaming on the internet, the trailer, Blood Origin, did it. This video shows the actor in the film as well as Michelle Yeoh and Fjall, Laurence O’Fuarain and Mirren Mack as Merwyn, Sophia Brown as Eile. The Witcher: Blood Origin has plenty of beautiful untouched landscapes of the Continent, and full of unique landmarks just look at those peaceful waterfalls and the bright sky. Another thing, the latter being interesting, is an unlikely battle. There are the costumes, weapons, and armor sets that are perfect for cosplaying. Here’s an example of the witch’s world. Blood Origin’s events take place 1,200 years before the main show. Also, we won’t see Geralt, Yennefer and any other familiar faces here. Instead, the project plunges deep into the story of the first witcher and that has led to the pivotal “conjunction” of the spheres, uniting the worlds of monsters, elves and men together. Even though that is pretty interesting, some fans don’t think of the first Blood Origin teaser, arguing that it has few connections to The Witcher, giving a typical fantasy appearance and new characters. Even though that’s the way prequels go – it won’t be directly linked like Vesemir’s own prequel. Here’s to explain how this world came about and introduce us to a new generation that we don’t know.
