The issue began with models that were shipped by Electrek on or before November 11. Tesla says it has to be able to finally install them in December. Despite the fact that the electric vehicle maker often isn’t accustomed to timing, it would have taken some more than an hour. While the USB ports in the back are missing, other users are reporting that their wireless chargers don’t work. The report claims that all of these missing ports and missing chargers all rely on the global chip shortage. The lack of access to USB-C carries a problem since it first became apparent, but I was not aware that it was an issue. Recall the Reddit (Calligrapher, no 4617). Source: Electrek.
