Recently, Activision laid down several members of the QA team atCall of Duty: Warzonedeveloper Raven Software after allegedly asking them to relocate and promising them raises. The studios QA team backed this, which meant that the walkout was beginning of an expansion which has since gotten the support of all corners of Activision at large. With that, and with the numerous other incidents in collective action being carried by company employees in recent months, calls for unionization have become louder, with Activision Blizzard employees creating a cash flow and even working with Communications Workers of America (CWA). Unionizing, which gives employees greater power and gives them the power to unsubscribe to executive high ups, is something that anyone can, especially those who like the Activision Blizzard, if anything, or it is only one of the companies that even are the size of the agency and so could without any renunciations to that state, is particularly unhelpful; since the former director of the United States and the former president of the United States, Brian Bulato recently sent out a lurient email to Bulato wrote in his email that Activision Blizzard supports the employees’ right to decide whether they want to unionize and if not, as if they are legally obliged to, then going on to say that everyone who is considering making that decision ought to consider the consequences of that. As for all the hardy conditions, the CWA will give you the same information he writes in his email. Attracting our culture of work should best be achieved through a transparent, active dialogue between leaders and employees that we can act quickly. It’s the better way to sign an electronic form offered by the UCWA or in the view of a legal binding contract over the next several years. Considering that active, transparent dialogue is something that Activision Blizzard was very lacking in, and the fact that the company’s leadership has been making unwise decisions (if you want to be polite about it) that have harmed the welfare of employees at large for a long time, it doesn’t seem to be like that all of the old and new stuff. pic.twitter.com/HqkWiNVP3W Jessica Gonzalez #WeAreRaven (@BlizzJess) December 10, 2021
