There was a trailer released by Blue Impulse, the aerobate demonstration team of the Japanese Air Self-Defense Force, that works a lot to depict Tokyo’s sky with iconic Dragon Quest monsters. We take advantage of Kawasaki T-4 jet trainers as they draw slimes, drackys, and more on the blue canvas on the skyscrapers of Japan’s capital city, meaning this is really appropriate given the above. You can watch the trailer below. Dragon Quest X is available now for PS5, PS4, Switch, 3DS, Wii U and PC, sadly only in Japan. Dragon Quest X Offline, an offline version, will be available on February 26, 2022 in Japan for PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC. Unfortunately, the MMORPG was never localized for the West, but nevertheless, in North America and Europe, the fan who can’t reap Japanese isn’t willing to do that. This offline version isn’t announced for the west, and it wasn’t included in the Square Enixs Tokyo game show programming in English, so some positive signs suggest that it’s a localization.
